They've already demonstrated a deliverable. At the "Art of the Edge" live demo at AFCEA WEST (Feb 2026), Northslope built a Track Data Correlator on Palantir Foundry in 24 hours that ingested multi-sensor target track data into Maven Smart System as step 3 of an 8-step integrated kill chain.ENEW

The question is not whether to meet, but whether the Track Data Correlator — or something like it — solves a specific Dynamis problem that isn't already covered.

Why This Meeting Exists

The Dynamis Stack Is Already Built

Project Dynamis, led by Col. Opening move: Don't start with Northslope's pitch. Start with the CPOF connection. Why you're asking The Track Data Correlator proves they can ship on Palantir Foundry under time pressure. But it was one component in a 12-company demo. You need to know: (a) was this a pre-built capability they deployed, or genuinely created in 24 hours for the demo? (b) what's the next deliverable — another correlator, a full kill chain app, a C2 dashboard? If Matt can describe a roadmap, they're building a defense practice. If the correlator was the extent of it, they're early.E

Which Palantir platform does the Dynamis deployment actually run — AIP, Foundry, or Gotham?

GAP: Northslope markets all three. Need the specific one.

Why you're asking The WEST demo used Palantir Foundry specifically. But Dynamis might use a different instance for operational deployment. If Matt says Foundry confidently and explains the ontology, he has real depth. If he says "we work across all of them" — he's giving you the brochure. The Track Data Correlator was Foundry-native, so push on whether that's the deployed platform or a demo environment.

What does "AC" refer to? You and TJ have a relationship going back to GDC4S — but his email says he's in a different role now. What was the prior context?

GAP: TJ's email says "different role than how you all have engaged me in AC." Two candidates: Army Contracting, or AC2 TTF. Neither confirmed.

Why you're asking This is the biggest unknown. TJ explicitly distinguished his current MCTSSA role from the prior "AC" context. Understanding this tells you: (a) how deep the existing relationship is, (b) whether there's prior work product, (c) whether Northslope understands the difference between TJ's PI authority at MCTSSA and whatever "AC" was. If Matt shares openly, the relationship has depth. If he deflects, something is being managed.R

Why you're asking Amanda's C4ADS experience (illicit network analysis, integrating investigative data into Palantir Foundry) maps to MARFORPAC's informational advantage mission. She follows Bellingcat and Dataminr — OSINT tools. But she joined in November 2025. You need to know if she's building a capability or wearing a title. Why you're asking No IL5, no touching data that matters. This is a gate, not a preference. "We leverage Palantir's accreditation" is a real answer — Palantir FedStart exists for this. "We're working on it" means months of delay. If neither Amanda nor Bill can articulate the path, this is a hard blocker for anything beyond unclassified demos. Risk: Zero public IL5/IL6 evidence.I

GAP: Background suggests coalition relevance. No evidence of actual coalition delivery or Pacific experience.

Why you're asking TJ's PACT 2026 panel is "AI-Driven C6ISR: The Future of Allied Integration." Bernice Kissinger's network includes US-Japan context. Ben led Royal Navy data integration for 7 years (2018–2025) — that's real NATO interoperability experience. But FVEY is not the same as bilateral Pacific agreements. If Ben can bridge UK/NATO interop lessons to US-Japan, that's a coalition multiplier. If he can only speak UK contexts, the value is narrower. If Bill says "CRADA first, then transition" that matches TJ's pathway and their WEST experience. If he says SBIR, OTA, or sub to Palantir — each is a different timeline and risk. With $22M in VC and 97 employees, they may qualify for small business set-asides. If he doesn't have a clear answer, you're the pathfinder, not a customer. Who owns the algorithms from a CRADA engagement? What's the IP framework between USMC, Palantir, and Northslope?

GAP: Three-way IP question undefined in all public materials.

Why you're asking The FDE model means Northslope engineers build on your data with your team, on Palantir's platform. Under a CRADA, the government typically retains rights to inventions. But there are three parties: who owns the application layer (Northslope), who controls the platform license (Palantir), and who holds the data (USMC). The Track Data Correlator at WEST — who owns that code? If Bill has a framework, he's thought about this. If not, it must be resolved before any agreement.R

Watch For

Platform lock-in language: If every answer requires Palantir, ask what happens when the license lapses. The Track Data Correlator is Foundry-native — is the code portable?
Demo vs. product: The WEST demo was 24 hours. A fielded capability is months. Push on the difference between "we built this in 24 hours" and "this is production-ready for Dynamis."
"AC" deflection: If they avoid explaining the prior engagement context, the relationship topology is unclear. This is the one question that has no acceptable dodge.
Accreditation hand-waving: "We leverage Palantir's FedRAMP" is not "we operate at IL5." Palantir FedStart is real but has scope limits.
Amanda's depth: She's 4 months in. If she defers every technical question to Matt, the defense practice is one person deep.
Who's missing: Max Wenneker (COO) and Max Helzberg (CCO) aren't in the meeting. If operational or commercial questions get deferred to absent people, note what needs a follow-up.
